Terms:

“Promoter”: Atom Juice Limited T/A Compare and Recycle registered in England and Wales No: 06176395. Registered address: Sterling House, 7 Ashford Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5BJ, United Kingdom.
 

“Event/Challenge”: The promotional event for Compare and Recycle “Grab-A-Prize Challenge” held on Jubilee Square, ME15 6JG, Maidstone, Kent, United Kingdom.

“Event Period”: On 09.09.2023 between the hours of 10:30am and 5:30pm BST.

“Eligible Entrants”: Individuals who are UK residents, are over the age of 18 with valid proof of ID and are physically attending the Event.

“Excluded Entrants”: Promoter’s employees, agencies, licensees, freelancers, contractors (and those of any of our Event partners, associated companies or prize providers) and their immediate family members or households (whether related or not), and anyone else professionally involved with this Event are excluded from entering and from winning.

“Valid Entry/Valid Entrant(s)”: An entry by an Eligible Entrant who has completed an Entry Form on the day and who has fulfilled the Rules of the Event detailed in the section 4 of these terms and conditions. Only one entry per person will be permitted.

“Entry Form”: A form which an Eligible Entrant needs to complete providing their First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Home Address.

Conditions:

1. General

1.1. These are the terms and conditions which apply to Compare and Recycle Grab-A-Prize Challenge which the Promoter is running during the Event Period.

1.2. In these terms and conditions, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘Promoter’ all mean Atom Juice Limited T/A Compare and Recycle. ‘You’ means a participant taking part in the event.

1.3. By taking part in the Event you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions along with the specific Rules for this promotional event.

1.4. By taking part in the Event you consent to be filmed and photographed during the Event and to the subsequent use of the footage and photographs by the Promoter for marketing purposes. We may use quotes, images and footage featuring yourself in our digital newsletter, printed materials, direct mailing campaigns, advertising, on our website and social media. We will store and use these for up to three years, after which time they will be securely archived. If you would like us to stop using your images, comments or quotes at any time, please confirm with the Marketing Manager in writing at marketing@atomjuice.com. We will stop using them in any new material.

Please be aware though that content already published and in circulation may be copied and used by others, and may stay in circulation after you have requested us to stop using it.

2. Event Period and Location

2.1. This Event will start at 10:30am on the 9th of September 2023 and close at 5:30pm on the 9th of September, with the last admissions taking place at 5pm. The promoter reserves the right to amend the time of last admissions depending on the capacity on the day of the Event.

2.2. The location of the Event is Jubilee Square, ME15 6JG, Maidstone, Kent, United Kingdom.

3. Entering the Challenge

3.1. This Challenge will be open to individuals who are UK or Isle of Man residents, are aged 18 or over with a valid proof of ID and are physically attending the Event at the location.

3.2. In any event Excluded Entrants will not be permitted to take part in the Challenge.

3.3. To enter, you need to attend the Event at the location specified under clause 2.2., complete an Entry Form by providing your full name, email address, contact number and residential address after which you will attempt to collect as many tokens as possible in a limited time of 30 seconds inside a Grabdome™ - an inflatable globe with a token grabbing mechanism following the specific Rules detailed in section 4 of these terms and conditions.

3.4. You may only make a maximum of one entry.

3.5. The Challenge is free to enter.

3.6. Once you have collected the tokens in a given time of 30 seconds, tokens will be counted and registered on the leaderboard.

3.7. The leaderboard will consist of ten positions and each Valid Entry will be ranked in a tier-like fashion based on the amount of tokens collected. Positions on the leaderboard will change throughout the duration of the Event based on Valid Entries received.

3.8. Those Valid Entries that remain on the leaderboard by the closing time of the Event will have a choice from 10 prizes (see section 6) to claim.

3.9. The Valid Entry at the top of the leaderboard will have first choice from available 10 prizes, second place on the leaderboard will claim from available 9 prizes and so on.

4. Rules of the Challenge

4.1. At any one time up to four Valid Entrant(s) will be permitted inside the Grabdome™.

4.2. Valid Entrant(s) must collect the tokens with their hands only. Any tokens put in pockets or stuck on the Valid Entrant(s) clothes, arms, legs or other parts of the body will not be counted once the 30 seconds run out.

4.3. If more than one Valid Entrant is taking part and a group of up to 4 Valid Entrants enter the Grabdome™ at any one time, tokens collected within the designated 30 seconds will be counted separately based on the amount each Valid Entrant collected in their hands and not as a total for the group of Valid Entrants.

4.4. Once the designated 30 seconds run out, collected tokens will be counted and Valid Entry will be documented on a leaderboard with the Valid Entrant’s name and the amount of tokens collected.

4.5. The Valid Entry that secured their position on the leaderboard first will remain as such unless the new Valid Entry outranks the amount of tokens already collected by the previous Valid Entrant. Meaning, if a situation occurs where two Valid Entrants have collected the same amount of tokens, the first Entry registered on the leaderboard will stay ahead and the second Entry will follow. This will present a knock on effect on the below positions on the leaderboard.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. Winners will be selected based on the positions secured on the leaderboard at the end of the Challenge.

5.2. There can only be one winner per position on the leaderboard.

5.3. If you win a prize, we will notify you via email and contact number you have provided on the Entry Form within five business days after the Event. To claim the prize, you must respond to the notification email within 24 hours and follow the instructions provided.

5.4. A reminder text message, 12 hours after the first notification email, will be sent out to the winner to remind them to respond to the email which asks for their prize choice.

5.5. In the event of no response from the contacted winner, then we reserve the right to select an alternative winner and the original winner’s entitlement will lapse and therefore withdrawn. This means that no prize can be claimed by the unresponsive winner after 24 hours from first point of contact.

6. Prizes

6.1. Each Valid Entry will receive an item of Compare and Recycle merchandise. Subject to availability.

6.2. Each Valid Entry that remained on the leaderboard by 5:30 PM will receive an electronic gadget of their choice as a prize from a selection of the following items:

6.3. All prizes are subject to availability. If any prize becomes out of stock or completely unavailable at the point of distribution to the winners, then we reserve the right to choose an alternative item of the same value.

6.8. All prizes offered to the winners are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
