IMEI? What Is It?

The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number is the 15 digit long unique number that is exclusive to your mobile phone.

This number can usually be found inside the phone, underneath the battery. But since modern smartphones do not come with removable batteries, the IMEI number may be found on the SIM gate or printed on the back of your device or on the original box.

If you are still having trouble finding the IMEI number, you can just enter *#06# in your call app and your phone will make the 15 digit IMEI number appear on the screen.
