Unfortunately, once you have left our site, we no longer have any involvement in the transaction and so we are unable to tell you the current status of your sale.
On most occasions, you will have a dedicated account on the recycler’s website where you can log in and check for recent updates of your order process. To eliminate any confusion, please double check your bank details and your email when placing an order on our site.
If you are unable to receive a response from the recycler directly, we encourage you to contact us and we will be able to reach out to a recycler on your behalf to assist in resolving the matter.
