Do I Need to Send My Phone in its Original Packaging with Accessories?

If you're selling your mobile phone under condition 'Good' or 'Poor', you don't need to include original retail box and accessories such as charger and headphones as these are not required and do not affect the value of the device. However, you can include them for recycling purposes.

❗Please note that recyclers might not be able to return the original box and accessories if you request your device back. 

If you're selling your mobile phone under condition 'New', the retail box and all the accessories that came in the box are required and are part of the sale of your device, so you need to send them to the recycler along with your mobile phone.
